After tiring himself out with four other challenges, Nicholas Webb, of Des Moines, does lunges with 135 lbs of weight as the last event in the first set of workouts. Webb already completed a 1,000 meter row, 30 clean lifts, 25 sets of toes to bar, and 20 deadlifts before reaching this challenge.
