The 41st annual Frontier Days Celebration at the Fort Museum kicked off Friday afternoon with a flag raising by local Scouts. At left, Alix Lawler, 7, and Brayden Schuster, 7, both with Fort Dodge Cub Scout Pack 19, hold onto the flag as Boy Scout Elijah Collins, 12, with Humboldt Troop 108, works the rope.
