John Bonner, of Vincent, in character as a member of the Ghost Garrison, sits behind a handbuilt anemometer Saturday afternoon at the annual Frontier Days Celebration. The device was built by machinist Ranger Fenton, of Dyersville, also a member of the group. The machine is used to calculate wind speed.
